Is there a minimum purchase required?
No, but our shipping rates begin at $25 for up to 30 lbs. If an order is greater than 30 lbs, please call us to quote a shipping price over the phone.
How often do you ship?
We ship on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays to the Continental US. Additionally, We ship in Georgia on Thursdays.

Can I choose Ground Shipping for my order?
Because we ship refrigerated items, we must choose shipping options that get your order to you within a specific time frame. We offer Ground Ship options to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia & West Virginia.
If your ship to address is outside of that state list, your refrigerated order must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next day Air. If you do not choose the proper shipping method we will hold your order until we contact you to determine whether you’d like to upgrade the shipping or cancel the order.

When will my order ship to me?
Our general shipping policies are: All refrigerated items are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. Non refrigerated items will be shipped on the day your order is finalized or the following business day. If a holiday interrupts shipping schedules we will adjust accordingly.
Can you ship my order to my PO Box at the post office?
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a street address so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the continental US.

Yes! Our shopping cart system will allow you to log back in at anytime to review your order and monitor the status. Be sure to choose the option to set up an account so that great feature is available to you.
